RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns of personalized products or products ordered by order are not accepted. Personalization of products means the modification of the original article or the elaboration of a design or specific text or color selected by the client.

For the rest of the products, if when you receive your order is not satisfied, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to execute your right of return.

To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, and unused. If it is not returned in the original packaging the good will suffer depreciation.

 The client must take charge of the shipment and the corresponding costs. Once the merchandise has been received in our premises, and after checking the correct state of the same, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method that has been made.

The shipping costs will be borne by the customer, back and forth.

In addition, for orders from outside the Iberian Peninsula or EU, the customer would have to pay the costs of customs management, duties or taxes that were necessary for the return to our offices.

 The return of erroneous or defective shipments will be accepted, in which case the shipping or collection costs will be charged to handANAhada. You can then proceed to the shipment of the correct product or to the return of the total amount of the same without additional cost for the client. All products have a component of manufacturing or manual work so they can contain small differences between them (size, colors, position of elements, veins in case of wood) or with respect to the image of the web, and these differences do not they will be considered defects.

 It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the order arrives in good packing conditions before picking up and signing the pick-up from the carrier. If this is not the case, please inform the carrier, do not pick up the package and let us know by email or phone as soon as possible.

In case of defective product, handANAhada will proceed with the repair, replacement, price reduction or return; managements that will be free for the consumer.

To request a refund:

Cancellations custom products

There are also products that are ordered exclusively on request.

Once the order for this type of product is made, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order because a custom manufacturing order is issued for you. If right after placing the order, you realize that you have made an error, contact us as soon as possible by email (mail) indicating your order number and your request, and we will inform you if there is any possibility to cancel or modify the order.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified if we have already handled the shipment by our carrier.
