NATIONAL

 Free shipping for purchases over 90 euros for orders in Spain peninsular except Andorra and provided that the weight limit of two kilograms is not exceeded.

Since our products are different in terms of weights and measures, the shipping price of each item can be seen in the shop.

For orders from the Canary Islands the client would have to pay additionally the costs of customs management, tariffs or corresponding taxes that are required at the destination. To these destinations orders are only sent by order and your ID or CIF is necessary to be able to issue an invoice and make the shipment.

It is a responsibility of the buyer that the direction of delivery is veracious and completes (province, zip code and location, etc.) so that the corresponding shipping costs can be calculated and your order validated.

INTERNATIONAL

 We make international shipments around the world.

Since our products are different in terms of weights and measures, the shipping price of each item can be seen in the shop.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY MODE

 Once the package is prepared, the shipment of our products is made through the express courier company or certified courier, usually through Correos, Ctt express  (except the Canary Islands) for domestic shipments, UPS for countries of the European Union and DHL express for shipments to the United States.

For urgent orders there is the possibility to contract DHL express for any international destination. Please, contact me.

However, for orders or specific volumes it could be sent through a different company. Always with tracking number and signature requirement for delivery unless otherwise agreed between buyer and seller

The delivery times in working days are:

  • Peninsular Spain and Portugal ……………. 24-48 hours.
  • Baleares ………………………………………………………… 72 hours.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla …………………… 6-7 days.
  • Europe …………………………………………………………… 4-6 days.
  • United States and Canada ……………..…………. 2-3 days.

Once the order is sent, handANAhada will contact you by sending an email informing you of the shipment of your order with the tracking number.

This shipping method consists of two delivery attempts.

In the event that there is no one at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the transport company will contact you to make a second delivery attempt.

If you not pick up the package at that second attempt, you would have to pick up your package at the office of the nearest transport company before the deadline specified by that company.

Packages that are not picked up will be considered a return and those costs of return will be borne by the customer, costs that vary depending on the weight of your package. Keep in mind that some orders, due to their characteristics, don´t allow return, so if you don´t pick up your package on time, no amount will be paid either. The client will also take care of the possible customs fees on the return.

HandANAhada cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.

Buyers will pay applicable tariffs and customs duties. handANAhada is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

handANAhada is not responsible for errors in the address provided by the customer. In this case, the customer will pay the corresponding surcharge.

We do our best to guarantee delivery. The buyer is responsible for the data supplied from his address and to collect the shipment. If a shipment is returned to handANAhada for reasons that are the responsibility of the buyer, we will be returned to the money except shipping and return.

The money will not be refunded on custom orders or made to order.

If the client wants a shipment again,  must pay the return and shipping fee
